We maintain your water balance & sanitizer as well as all the dirty work (alternatively, clean filters, vacuum spa, remove scum line and wipe down spa cover). All you need to provide is the bodies to put in the water and we will take care of the rest. WATER GUARANTEED SAFE & CLEAN (within reason). NO Liability Waiver required like the following “Silver” and “Platinum Packages”. Only thing extra is drain & refill services if requested. Silver Package- every other week (2-3 visits/month)

Customer will need to periodically check sanitizer levels and/or shock the water if required or after heavier than normal use. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF WATER QUALITY OR SAFETY. Pool” Maintenance Price-ALL INCLUSIVE
Effective Jan 1, 2004Weekly Residential Pool Maintenance Including Chemicals $239/month* The price above, include full weekly
maintenance on all aspects of the pool and ALL chemicals required to maintain
properly balanced, safe, clean, sterile pool water. The chemicals used will be
at the discretion of Absolute Pool & Spa Services and will satisfy or exceed
NSPI Standards. During the winter months, the maintenance rates for pools on all-inclusive plans are 33% off for those that would like to drop down to every 2 weeks, unless spas are kept in use (more commonly seen on detached spas). If spa is still used then the price is 25% off and maintenance is kept weekly, but the pool will be maintained every 2 weeks as required. The spa maintenance will continue weekly uninterrupted. Chemicals Included Spa AdditionsIf you would like to include a detached
spa (separate equipment/water) to the maintenance program of your pool add
$65. This service separately is normally $135/ month. Request to see

Pay
for time used only option Pools & Spas
Optionally
maintenance rates can be billed as straight time it takes, not including
chemicals. For example, perhaps you want to have your water professionally
tested periodically but don't want to have it vacuumed, brushed, backwashed,
skimmed or only want partial services like backwash the filter and vacuum only.
We charge a minimum of $49.95 for the first fifteen minutes of maintenance
service and $20 each additional 15 minutes or portion there of. *All customers applying for regular
maintenance may first be required to bring their pool/spa up to maintenance
ready status. This will be billed out separately with chemicals and/or materials
if applicable. Estimates can and will be provided prior to work. See
“Pay for time used option”
above. Initial clean up of a pool may require several trips or stages to
complete allowing chemicals, circulation & filtration systems to do their
work in the process between visits. Other RatesTo have your spa Drained, Refilled & chemicals rebalanced is $150. If you are an active maintenance customer in good standing you will receive this service for 50% off or $75 whether it takes us 1 hour or 4 hours. This is a flat rate to all customers. To
